		<description>The hardest thing for me is not to make goals that are too easy to reach.  It makes me complacent and unable to work hard.  I try to set my goals 1% out of my capability.  When you realize that 1% wasn't actually out of your reach you step up to that next level.

		<description>Great column!  A little trick I use to is write down goals as soon as I think of them, and then underneath write down how I can expand on them once I achieve them.  It helps to stay motivated!</description>
