The appliances and curtains were already included. So I actually think you got a pretty good offer, and they are probably expecting to meet you about halfway. I would jump at it. Good luck! That would be the only reason, I think, they would ask for the curtains. They saw the house, loved it, and are now thinking about how they would decorate. That's a great sign for you, especially in this housing market. Hopefully they will play ball and don't start asking for closing costs and your furniture.
