Great advice though. We just bought a house and all of those things mattered to us in this market. I also cannot emphasize enough the importance of a fresh coat of NEUTRAL paint. It's amazing all the houses we saw that needed painting inside and out. Your house looked great though! man… if i was in the market in Colorado, i’d buy your house!
