I agree that exercise is extremely important and so helpful at reducing stress! I have friends who just never exercise and I don't understand it. If I go more than a week without getting some exercise, I start feeling ancy and irritable. I just need those endorphins! And yes, I LOVE listening to music while working out -- sometimes that's the only thing that keeps me going. When I work out I listen to music I normally wouldn't, like electronica and things with really strong and fast beats. The other day I did a shocking amount of crunches at the gym, and the only reason I was able to keep going was because of this fast-paced electronic beat of the song playing -- it was going in the exact rhythm I was and it really motivated me. The world would be such a happier, healthier place if everyone got a good amount of exercise.
