Once a week, get yourself a really good night's sleep. I literally live at work, and have gotten too many after hours calls from customers - talk about killing the mood on a Saturday night! Once a week, when I don't have to work the next day, I take 2 Advil PM, and go completely night-night for 8+ hours. Everyone remember, this is medication, check for reactions and everything first....but that 8 hours uninterrupted snooze works wonders for attitude and stress levels for the rest of the week.
