		<description>A couple of points to the poster above me: I have a similar perscription that is considered "cosmetic" according to health insurance companies, but according to my tax preparer the government is OK with it as long as it's doctor perscribed.

Also, The HRA funds belong to the employer, not the employee so for the employee that is still use or lose, correct?</description>
